Joanne Baker
General Manager Joanne has been with SC Technology Group for an amazing 28 years. Originally from Edenhope, SA, she made the move to Melbourne after school where she worked in Administration & Sales at Encyclopedia Britannica. Joanne recalls working with the top 3 international Sales Managers in the world at the time, which was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Her Sales & Administration experience also includes working at Harman Brothers and Agmin Chelates where she held the role as Office Manager for 12 months.
Happily married to her husband for over 30 years with two children living on a working farm in Moorabool, Joanne now enjoys her busy role as General Manager. With her extensive experience in Business Administration and training, Joanne looks after many areas in the business, including Accounts, Training and Human Resources.
Interests
In her spare time, Joanne likes to catch up with family and friends, read, fish or go to the Spring Carnivale races.
Graeme Ross
Graeme has been with SC Technology Group for over 8.5 years, and has worked in the copier industry for 25 years. He enjoys the challenges with the machines, and the interaction he gets with customers.
Graeme strives for customer service beyond the required expectations. “Without customers, we wouldn’t exist – therefore every one of our customers is special & important to us.”
Interests
In his downtime, Graeme enjoys playing games, fishing and relaxing at home!
Robert Hunter
Robert started his career in 1986 as a Toshiba Copier Technician at Harman Brothers Geelong & Ballarat. In 1994, he became Branch Manager at Southern Cross Business Machines Pty Ltd before becoming the Owner and Managing Director from 2002 up until 2020. Over the last 18 years, Robert has been able to grow the business significantly from a small 3 person business to a company employing over 30 staff with offices in Geelong and Ballarat.
Community Involvement
Robert and his wife Julie have a strong passion for supporting community services in the local Geelong region. They have supported many organisations over the past decade including Bravehearts, BacLinks, Encompass Community Services, Headspace Geelong and Geelong RSL. Jeremy Williams
Jeremy is a true technology entrepreneur and has worked in the Office Equipment industry for more than 10 years. Starting out at the very bottom he worked hard to build trusting relationships with his customers and enjoys his role as Director. Jeremy’s approach is truly consultative as he strives to find the very best technology solution for our clients to increase their revenue, profits and productivity.

When he’s not at work Jeremy enjoys taking the fishing boat out with his friends, kicking the footy and travelling the world with his wife.
